1300 Joseph E. Boone Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30314
Agenda

We are launching a new CPNW Mentorship Initiative for high school students in need at City of Refuge, and we invite you to be part of it.

Our mission is to give these students consistent support, real-life guidance, and opportunities they need access to. We are working with youth in crisis, and your time, skills, and talents can make a real difference.

We are calling on caring professionals to step in and teach 1-hour skill-building masterclasses that inspire, equip, and encourage our youth.

Program Details

  • Pick one day Monday–Thursday, 4:00–5:00 PM
  • 12–30 high school students
  • Teach once, or become a recurring monthly mentor
  • Training and support provided
  • Volunteer at City of Refuge

What We’re Looking For
Professionals who can:
✔ Teach a 1-hour class
✔ Share their career journey
✔ Offer encouragement and hope
✔ Become consistent mentors (optional but impactful)

Our students are full of dreams, they just need someone willing to teach them. When we asked what skills they wanted to learn, their answers were full of creativity, ambition, and hope:

Archery | Barbering | Cosmetology | Swimming | Driving | Clothing Design | Coding | Entrepreneurship | Podcasting | Sushi Making | Debate

Why It Matters
These students are navigating challenges no young person should face alone. Your voice, your presence, and your experience could open a door that changes their future.
