  • Opening Prayer – Begin with a prayer to invite guidance and set a spiritual tone for the meeting.
  • Check-In – Each member shares updates on personal and professional developments since the last meeting.
  • Focused Discussion – Members present current challenges or opportunities they are facing. Group provides feedback, brainstorming, and support.
  • Educational Segment: Integrating Faith and Work – Discussion on practical ways to live out one’s faith in a professional setting. Strategies for maintaining integrity, excellence, and influence without alienating colleagues.
  • Resource Sharing – Members share books, articles, podcasts, or other resources that have been beneficial in their faith and professional journey.
  • Action Commitments – Each member declares specific actions they will undertake before the next meeting to apply insights gained.
  • Closing Prayer – End with a prayer for wisdom, encouragement, and success in the commitments made.
