Become a mentor
Teach, guide and encourage students in need through the CPNW Foundation’s youth mentoring and skills program at City of Refuge. Pick the day that suits you and help break the cycle of relational poverty.

- Monday to Thursday, 4 to 5 PM

Mentor Commitment
- Meet once a month on a day of your choosing from 3:45 PM – 5:00 PM for a duration of 12 months.
- Be matched one-on-one with a student in grades 7–12 of the same gender.
- Meet your mentee on-site at: 748 Gary Rd, Atlanta, GA.
- Attend a 15-minute virtual mentor training prior to being matched.
- Participate in a brief monthly virtual touch-base call.
Next Steps to Become a Mentor
- Complete Background Check: You’ll be asked to complete a background check that costs $15, and it’s valid for one year.
- Complete the Mentor Application.
- Submit all required documents and await confirmation from our team.
